Solution:This was made possible by building a four skid unit equipped with a variety of products. This complex system included air actuated ball valves, Micro Motion meter,Mouvexpump, pressure sensors and a pressure relief bypass valve. We then mounted both the motor and gearbox on a stainless steel base and welded all of the piping at our facility in Wisconsin. This particular chemical manufacturer was now able to do exactly what he had asked for and it meets every requirement.
